Seven is a gorgeous and friendly 3.5-year-old 70-lbs Pit Bull mix (possibly some Dane or Weimaraner in there!). He has lots of love to give for the right home!
Seven needs a foster family (as he is currently in a board-and-train program), but an adoptive family would be great too!
Seven needs a home experienced with large dogs or power-breeds who are also willing to continue a training program of some sort with him so that he can be the best pup he can possibly be. He is physically very strong and anyone who fosters or adopts him should be prepared to handle a dog of his size and power.
Seven requires a confident handler, a yard, a more active lifestyle to keep him stimulated and healthy, and he should be OK with another female dog of similar size and energy. We are going to say no to children in the home for Seven, with the exception obviously of adult children or older teens who are dog savvy.
He needs to work on building trust, and also on some major manner adjustments such as jumping. He continues to be a friendly boy who loves to play, but he can also be very cautious and wary. His home should be able to handle his size and also work with him patiently, consistently, and calmly.
Despite his cautious nature, Seven is a loving, sensitive, snuggly, beautiful boy who just wants to please.
