Coco's Story...
This DARLING GIRL Coco was dumped at a local shelter by her family after 9 yrs of devotion to them. She didn't deserve to be spending time in a shelter and when her time was up. we quickly got her out of there. Coco is a mellow, easy going sweetheart who is great with kids, other dogs and even cats. She is also housetrained. Coco is 12 years old and weighs 60 lbs. She is current on her vaccines, spayed, micro chipped and tested negative for heartworms

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coco, a Woodstock Beagle/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Pointer for sale in Woodstock, or seeking a Beagle/Pointer dog from a breeder in Woodstock.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodstock already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodstock breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Pointer breeders who help with Beagle/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodstock paves the way for another one to be saved.
