Here's what the humans have to say about me:
On Sunday afternoon, CPR received an emergency pick up request. There was a pug that needed CPR to rescue immediately. That’s when Rosebud, formerly Ashley, came to CPR.
Rosebud’s story….
This shy, sweet girl was a stray from Dade county. She was found with tape wrapped around her paw. We don’t know why or how the tape got there, nor do we know how long it had been there. What we do know, is that her paw is swollen and grossly infected and that she has suffered major tissue damage and pain because of it. We are hoping that her paw can be saved. Rosebud is in the best of care now and they are doing all that they can to help Rosebud keep her paw.
Rosebud also has a damaged eye. Her right eye is very small, possibly caused by an older, untreated injury and will require further examination. The other eye has pigmentation on cornea. We are not sure how much vision she has.
Please keep this poor girl in your thoughts and prayers. Donations toward her care can be made at the PayPal button on the right of this screen. Checks can also be sent to our address show on the Contact Us page. Every penny will be used to help Rosebud and other pugs like Rosebud.
