Sampson's Story...
I am a silly, goody boy who just loves to have fun and interact with people. There have been times where I get a little shy and unsure of my surroundings. However, with patience I do warm up pretty quickly. Afterall, you would be a bit nervous around strangers too if you were dumped out on a road with only a barn as shelter. I do have some interesting features though, one which makes me different from everyone else. What makes me different from everyone else you ask. Well let me tell you...its the single blue dot on my tongue. I love sticking my tongue out when I am happy and well then everyong has the opportunity to see my blue dot. The people at the shelter think that I am a mix of a lot of different things such as Lab and Shepherd. I am going to be looking for a new forever home here shortly. Could that be you, please?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sampson, a Sidney Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Sidney, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Sidney.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sidney already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sidney breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sidney paves the way for another one to be saved.
