My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, my name is Marshmallow. I am about 3 1/2 months old and I weigh about 25 lbs.
I was picked up by the pound after the pound received a call from the police that they were executing a search warrant and there were two canines ( that would me my friend and I) inside a crate (which was way to small for me alone, let alone both of us) in deplorable conditions inside the home.... Well, when the girl got there, we were VERY happy to see here and to be let out of the cage. We were sleeping in our own waste and had no access to food or water. We were both very hungry and thirsty when we finally got out of there. I drank so much so fast that it made me vomit. The girls here were all so sad for us.
I am such a wonderfully sweet little puppy. I love people and I love other dogs. I am a little shy at first, but I warm up very nicely.
The girls here at the pound have named me Marshmallow because I am so cute and fluffy!!
I am a very nice girl. I so deserve a good home where I don't have to worry about being neglected or abused anymore. I have had such a bad run of luck so far in my young life.
Please consider giving me an awesome home and helping me learn how awesome people can be!!

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.

PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT%9D. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER MARCH 28, 2014.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.

MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY SPAY SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.

THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
