A fenced yard is required.

Ernesto is a happy, friendly boy. He can be a bit excitable in his friendliness! Consistent
guidance, and possibly, a formal training class would be beneficial. He enjoys rawhide bones and toys.

Ernesto did well in cat testing, but has never lived with a cat. Closely monitor all interactions. When unable to monitor the interaction, some form of physical barrier should be used, i.e. crating. With his excited personality, he may be more inclined to chase if the cats run. Be firm and consistent in your corrections.

Ernesto interacted well with the other greyhounds. Ernesto responded well when meeting Jack Russel Terriers, but caution should always be exercised, especially outdoors.
