Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This absolutely gorgeous dog is named Baylor. Baylor is a yellow Lab
/ greyhound mix. He is lean and leggy and has the sleekest coat.
Baylor was found by one of our volunteers. He was wandering the
streets, but did have a collar on with a rabies tag. So the "owner"
was contacted. But what we found out was the rabies tag was NOT his
and had been that of another dog. The owner has still not been
located and Baylor is so wanting a new home.
Baylor is testing heart worm negative and has been started on
vaccines. He will be fully vetted and ready to go to his new home by
April 18. Baylor would be an absolutely wonderful partner for a
runner. He is an active dog and would be good with an active family.
Daily runs with his owner would be right up his alley. He is a very
sweet and loving dog and would be good with a family preferably fenced
yard or lots of area to run and play. He is very tall and active so
very small children might not be ideal. Children in the house OVER
the age of 5 would be best just because he is tall and leggy. But
make no mistake, he loves children. He is just a larger dog at 50 lbs
