Hi all! Baylor here. You may have met my brother Bartley - he's the crazy party animal and I'm the more laid back guy of our duo. Don't get me wrong, I like a good party now and again but I prefer laying around on my cat bed or sleeping in my cat castle (yes, I said castle - they have one for me here at the shelter). Bartley and I have the run of the shelter because we are both FIV positive and we can't be with the other cats in the cat rooms (not that I don't try sneaking back there everyday). You see, I like other cats, I get along with dogs, I love people (Bart and I are the shelter greeters) and I just want a home to call my own. I honestly think that we have been here so long because people think that we look so comfy - but this is no life for cats - it can be very stressful with people constantly coming and going, dogs chasing us (though dogs don't scare me) and everything else going on around the shelter, it would be nice to have a home to call our own. Won't you make that happen for us?
