My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Monty is about a year old. He was a neglect case that came into the Cleveland Kennel last February. Suffering from severe demodectic mange, Monty has been recovering for months in his foster home. He is now ready for his forever family!

He is truly a great dog!! Very eager to please , smart and already learning structure and obedience in his foster home. He goes to a play session every Monday for play time, and he is also participating in regular obedience sessions. Monty loves to play with his canine foster siblings, and enjoys playing with his toys as well! He is doing extremely well at housetraining, loves to ride in the car, and is just an all-around joy. Monty knows sit, paw – ‘leave it’ and working on stay! Monty would be a good fit for a family who will continue with his training/learning, and willing to give him lots of daily exercise and enrichment!
