Hi! My name is Bailey. I'm a 16 month old Golden Retriever female. I was left at a kennel with my sister by my owners when I was 6 months old. I have been living there in an indoor/ outdoor run every since, just waiting for someone to take me home and love me. I love to play and I'm very friendly. Belly rubs are my favorite! Could you give me the home I deserve? Please?
Update from Foster Mom:
Hailey 2 and Bailey 4 were born Aug.6, 2006. The family that had them had 3 kids, ages from toddler to about 5 years old. They were kept inside at night and in the yard during the day. They have been in a boarding kennel for about 6 months now so may need a little refreshing on housetraining. They were given up because the family was moving out of state and didn't want to take them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Bourg Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Bourg, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Bourg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bourg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bourg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bourg paves the way for another one to be saved.
