My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BOONE is a 2 1/2 year old mantle marked merle male with cropped and standing ears. Unfortunately Boone is back with MAGDRL after being adopted 7 months ago. The family was just not prepared for this high energy boy. Boone did not take much pleasure in playing with his Dane sister. He is a complete people dog and just loves to be with people and especially play fetch, tug and retrieve with his family. He did get along great with the other dogs in the house, but would take too much joy chasing the cats. So no cats in his next home. He is a very handsome, intelligent boy and anybody that is looking for a Dane that can keep up with long hikes, hours at the dog park and lots of playtime will treasure Boone. He is healthy and ready for his new home. Before you fall in love with him, please ask yourself if you are prepared for this gorgeous boy. This is NOT a couch potato dane and he is looking for a very active family. Boone came back to MAGDRL in January 2008.
