Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oreo was born on 1/24/2014. She is a special needs puppy. She was born with a condition called Persistent Hyperplastic Primary Vitreous/Persistent Hyperplastic Tunica Vasculosa Lentis (PHPV/PHTVL). Basically, there is an artery that is supposed to regress at birth and it didnt. There is some bleeding and retinal detachment in both eyes. We are treating her with meds to relief the pressure in the eyes. The primary condition will not change. The puppy is and will remain blind, but that does not mean that she cannot have a full happy life.

Oreo is a very happy puppy. She is very affectionate. She is playful and she love to snuggle. She is very smart and can easily follow you when you walk, because she follow sounds. Will be easy to train, especially if you have another dogs she could follow.
