Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATED BIO 09/07/2014: Cinda is an 8 lb 8-10 year old little girl who is being fostered in Miami, FL. Cinda is fiercely loyal and loves her foster family. She is housetrained and playful. She loves to go on walks. The only reason we can possibly imagine that this little girl hasn't found a home yet is likely because of her need for eyedrops twice a day. They cost about $40/month. Besides that, she is a wonderful little girl who would do best in a home as an only dog. (She prefers the company of humans to other dogs). She also prefers her owners and not a ton of strangers coming in and out. Once she gets to know people, she is better, but she gets scared when meeting people for the first time. She looks to her owners for comfort.

Anyone looking for a sidekick, Cinda is your girl.
