Trixie is a sweet, playful and loving, 18-month-old, 11-pound, female, Affenpinscher/Cairn Terrier-Mix looking for a loving guardian.

Trixie was rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control. She was so frightened in her cage that she snapped at workers and a big E was stamped on her kennel card. Luckily, she was rescued right in the nick of time by Famous Fido’s Rescue. When Trixie is not feeling threatened, which is about 99% of the time, she is the most fun-loving, snuggly and playful girl. She is full of kisses and tail wags within minutes of meeting dog-lovers. She’s also good with other dogs.

Trixie is healthy, de-wormed, vaccinated and heartworm-tested. She will be spayed and micro-chipped upon adoption. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits Famous Fido’s Rescue Group.
