My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Moose" was offered for sale on Craigslist this past weekend. A friend and I collaborated to intercept him as he was being offered as a guard dog and was chained to a front porch. Moose is about a year old. He is a Giant Schnauzer/Terrier Mix. He was originally adopted out of Jacksonville Humane Society as a puppy. He has a sweet personality. He is housebroken, neutered, up to date on shots and heartworm negative, now taking Trifexis. Moose is good with kids and adults as well as both large and small dogs. He is NOT good with cats....The only behavior that needs work is leash walking. I don't believe he was ever really trained to walk on a leash....he pulls, but is manageable and correctable. Just a big happy mutt looking for a place and a family of his own. Adoptioin contract with home visit and vet check will be required if you would like to adopt Moose.
