Abby's Story...
Age: 1-2 years old
Gender: Female
Loves to cuddle!! lap cat
Good with other cats, dogs should be fine with kids.

Hi there my name is Abby. I am a 1-2 year old female cat. I was a stray that was brought into Zoe's to find my forever home. At first I was very scared, I didn't know what was going to happen to me or if my new foster mom was going to be nice to me. Turns out that a little soft food was the way to my heart and I now seek out affection from my foster family. I have a mostly white coat with a bit of black here and there, my foster mom says I am very unique looking with the markings on my face. I have now become quite the little lap cat, I LOVE to be brushed, and get affection. I will actually go up to you and sit in your lap. I was introduced to the other cats in the house and the dogs and had no issues whatsoever. Since I was a stray loud noises and sudden movements tend to scare me a bit. But if you have been thinking about adding a beautiful cat to your family, one who is very affectionate, then look no further then me! I am available for adoption. Please fill out an application and help me find my forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Edmonton Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
