Bonita's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Bonita's Story...
Bonita originally came to Stray Cat Blues with 4 kittens. She was a backyard stray from Harleysville. She was adopted at the end of 2011 to a family that kept her until March 2014 when a divorce split the family - each adult moved into an apartment that did not allow pets. So Bonita was returned to Stray Cat Blues to find a new home.

Bonita is very sweet, mild mannered. In her foster home she encountered other cats which was a challenge since she had been an only cat for three years. She was a little nervous at first but soon relaxed and ran around the house with “happy tail”.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bonita, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
