My name is Cisco and I’m not your everyday beagle. No sir, not me! I hardly bark…only at burglars, mean people and occasionally other stuff. I was rescued from a cold, abandoned house where my owners moved and left me and my Golden Retriever brother to fend for ourselves. Some nice neighbors would bring us some food and water sometimes, but we kinda dug drinking out of the toilet too! I know how to use a doggy door and will let you know when I need to go outside. I never did figure out how to actually use that toilet! Laps are a favorite spot of mine although I hang off most laps. I’d love to hang with you on the sofa and watch TV and share popcorn, if that’s ok with you! Sleeping in my bed on the floor is sweet and just fine with me. Sit, down and stay are commands I pay attention to and focus intently on my human. When I’m super happy I can smile and show my pearly whites that have never bitten anyone. I am very affectionate. I have a keen sense of where food is kept and will show you anytime you forget! I’m the kind of guy who like people and other dogs alike. I’m a lover, not a fighter!
