Grady's Story...
This yellow male just arrived, but we wanted to post his picture, but really haven’t had the opportunity to learn much about them. He is not very large at 60-62 pounds, and he will need some better nutrition. His transporter was very impressed by his good manners, but we certainly need to learn more about his personalities. We will update the post as soon as we have some updated information for you.

We just got word that Grady is HW positive, so will begin treatment shortly. He is still very adoptable, just will need very limited activity and rest for a month.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grady, a Cincinnati Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
