My story

This is BeeGee! She's a beautiful young Shepherd mix with golden eyes! She has been spayed and is ready for the next phase of her life. She has lots of personality, and loves to play! She needs some training and can be selective about her doggy friends, but has great potential to be a wonderful companion & partner in adventure!

BeeGee is a young adult female. She is a beauty who thrives on attention. She needs some training, but seems to be a quick study. She can be selective about her doggy friends, so would do best as an only dog, or with well mannered dogs.

Del Norte County Animal Control is located in rural Crescent City, CA (a tiny coastal city on the OR/CA border). We have a very small shelter with small indoor 3x6 kennel runs, low foot traffic, odd adoption hours and it rains a lot which means the dogs can’t come outside and play. Please consider making a difference in a dog’s life and adopt from our shelter!

We are open Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Adoption fees are between $15 - $95 depending on if the dog has been previously fixed and if you are adopting in Del Norte County or out of the county.
