Kerry is a female Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador Retriever mix 4 years in age. She is a nice big girl, weighing in at 60 pounds full grown. Kerry is one of the most affectionate dogs you will ever find. She is a love! Kerry is very gentle, submissive and sweet. She is a big homebody and very people oriented. When she sees you, she will pick up the nearest toy in her mouth and proudly show it to you while wagging her tail and acting all silly. Kerry is excellent inside the home and is housebroken. She is happy, healthy, and will make an outstanding family pet. Kerry is excellent with children and dogs of all sizes. She walks nicely on leash right at your side. One of her favorite things to do is to "hug" you with her front paws. She will stand on her hind legs and gently hug you while you stroke her and talk to her. Its adorable. She is just so kind-hearted and even tempered. Kerry adores being included in the family and daily activities. She has a nice amount of energy for long walks, hiking, dog park, kids games, even camping - but she is not hyper at all. She wants to please and is very obedient to voice commands. Kerry was rescued from a very high volume/high kill shelter. She gets straight A's for personality and is looking for her new forever home today!
Kerry’s adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Kerry is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Marisa and John and is ready for her forever home.
