Angelina's Story...
DOB 1/17/14 - An ELPO rep was called to an apartment complex to help with strays and found Angelina laying motionless on some steps. They rushed her to the East Lake vets where she was evaluated and treated. She was a very sick puppy. She is now ready for her forever home. A frisky and fun pup who's still a little anxious going too far from ELPO. A new family who can help her feel safe and show her that being with them is fun will be wonderful for her. She's come a long way since being found in such poor health and conditions!.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angelina, a Dallas Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
