My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Honey is a very beautiful, sweet, energetic and fun one-year-old, 30-pound, female, blonde and white Border Collie-mix looking for a loving guardian.

Honey is a friendly, wiggly, goofy puppy who is full of tail wags and kisses. She loves to play with other dogs and she’s even good with the dog-friendly cats in her foster home. She does like to do a little herding of people, dogs and cats, in a fun way! And, she jumps up on people, so she needs some training and is probably best without young children in the home. Honey already knows how to sit on command and is doing great with her housebreaking and crate-training. She’s is currently overcoming her fear of eliminating in front of people, so she’s not accustomed to urinating on leash yet.

Honey is healthy, spayed, micro-chipped and vaccinated for rabies, distemper and bordetella. To meet and possibly adopt her, please contact Ursula at Ursulaspets2u@aol.com or 312-315-9748. Her adoption fee of $250 benefits rescued pets. She is currently living in a foster home in Chicago. She is looking for a home with a fenced in yard with a secure six-foot high fence to keep her safe.
