What has curly hair, a great smile, very lovable and LOVES children? KELSEY

This curly top came to us by way of surrender from his owner. She was moving and couldn't take Kelsey with her so she called our rescue. When we first met Kelsey, he needed to be evaluated before we could take him into the rescue. Needless to say Kelsey passed with flying colors.
A bit on the shy side at first, Kelsey is cautious about people and his new surroundings. But the foster Mom was clever...she treated Kelsey to a warm bubble bath with plenty of bubbles ,had his nails done, a hair cut and a soft, new fresh bed. Oh yeah, Kelsey was all hers after that kind of treatment !

Kelsey is sharing a big backyard with a Mastiff and not quite sure what to make of that gentle giant. Kelsey gets to meet the children when they get off the school bus and that is becoming the highlight of his day. He hears the big bus engines and starts looking to his foster Mom saying, Their home !. Their home!
