My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Percy is an adorable miniature schnauzer/poodle (Schnoodle mix) just 3 yrs old and weighs 13lbs. He has the most wonderful soulful eyes that will melt your heart. Percy is eventually very good with people as long as they go slow at first and let him get to know them when they are new. Basically, this little boy can be a bit fearful of new people and is learning to trust humans. He is doing well now with people in his foster household. Due to his insecurities, he can be nippy when handled by strangers so we recommend a home without young children. Percy loves to fetch, plays well with other dogs, is very smart and loves to cuddle at night. He also knows how to sit on command! He likes to go on car rides if he can snuggle next to someone. He likes new dogs but can show dominance (mounting) with male dogs larger than him. He also loves carrots .This little guy just needs some love to feel secure and be the wonderful dog he can be. Percy also has a strong case of separation anxiety and feels nervous when left alone even for short periods. Crate training may help this behavior but he has not been crate trained yet. Are you the right person to give Percy a forever home?
