Stoli's Story...
Stoli is an all-around super pet. He's handsome, playful, loving, gets along with other cats, is healthy, and sweet natured. He was a stray who walked up to a police officer as if to say, "Hey, I need a home. Will you help me out?" The officer took him to animal control who contacted Fat Cat. He's such a wonderful boy that Fat Cat took him in right away even though we're super-full. He's been a delight and warms up to everyone he meets right away.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stoli, a Grayslake Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Grayslake, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Grayslake.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grayslake already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grayslake breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grayslake paves the way for another one to be saved.
