Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AVAILABLE NOW
Gypsy is an approximately one year old spayed female German Shepherd Dog/Australian Cattle Dog mix. She is up to date on shots and ready for her new home now! Gypsy is housebroken, crate-trained, microchipped, and sweet as they come! Her coat is soft and silky. She is playful with her foster sibling, but is also completely content to lay on the floor and get belly rubs, and is not the type of dog who is in your face about playing. She met a 7 year old at the vet's office and she really enjoyed the affection and attention from the child. She also met a cat who she sniffed at and then turned her attention elsewhere. The cat actually swatted at Gypsy and she did not react. She's very good at hiding it, but Gypsy is mostly deaf. The vet believes it is something she was most likely born with. Please do not let this stop you from considering her as a pet. She knows hand signals for Sit, stay, and no. She picks up new signals very quickly. Gypsy is good with most other dogs, but it would necessary for her to meet any existing pets prior to finalizing any adoption. To make Gypsy a part of your family please get your application at www.adoptapup.org!
Adopt A Pup is 100% foster based which means we do not have a centralized facility where you can visit our dogs. Please submit an application and we will set up a meet and greet for approved parties.
