Marie's Story...
My name is Marie! I'm a bubbly chihuahua girl of 2 years, weighing a mere 8lbs!

I'm an outgoing, very sweet girl. If you had to pick a colour to describe my personality, I'd say it'd be purple! I love to show you how much I adore you, and will stick close to you through thick and thin. I get along well with other dogs, and LOVE toys. I may get a bit demanding for attention, but with this face - can you blame me?

If you're interested in adopting me, you should know my fees are practically a steal! They're only $280 and include my spay, all vaccines, microchip, deworming, heart worm testing, vet visits to ensure I'm a healthy girl, and my flight to Canada! So if you're interested in me, please contact the people at CaliCan by emailing calicanrescue@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marie, a Edmonton Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Edmonton, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Edmonton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edmonton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edmonton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edmonton paves the way for another one to be saved.
