Diva's Story...
Diva is a gorgeous little thing who is about 4-5yrs old. She has been with us for almost 2yrs now and would really like a forever home! She originally came to us in 2014, from someone who caught her at their barn and brought her to us because she was pregnant. Her kittens went on to be adopted, but Diva remains. She got her name because she used to get a little attitude, but over time Diva has become the sweetest kitty ever. She will go right into your lap and loves to be given attention. She gets along fine with the cats here, and is generally a mellow and easy going cat. For some reason, Diva only has about three teeth. We are not sure why this is, but she has been vet checked and doesn’t seem to have any other issues. She has lost them overtime, as she had a full set when she came in, so we know she is not a senior. She is in great condition otherwise, and has such a soft coat. Diva LOVES catnip and it’s hilarious to watch her roll around in it, she goes crazy for it.
If you are looking for a sweet and easy going cat, come take a look at Diva!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Diva, a Broadway Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Broadway, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Broadway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Broadway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Broadway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Broadway paves the way for another one to be saved.
