My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cotton is a happy and youthful 6 year old Labbie mix boy. He came into Lucky Lab Rescue about 15 pounds over his ideal weight. With the right food and playing fetch (which he loves) he will slim down. Cotton was an owner surrender to a high kill animal shelter and we have no idea why. He is an absolute gentleman and is so loving! Cotton is on daily meds for seizures. He has not experienced a seizure while in his foster home. Cotton is an easy boy to love. He is always happy with a smile on his face. He is a pro at wiggling onto the couch upside down just waiting for you to scratch his belly. He is gentle when taking treats and is very treat motivated. He loves to have his coat combed with a Furminator. Cotton is a gentleman when going on car rides too, but he does need practice when walking on a lead. A gentle leader helps remind him not to pull. He is laid back, fine with other dogs and ignores the cats. He would live nicely with school age children. Cotton is fully vetted, current on vaccinations including rabies, neutered, heartworm negative and is micro chipped. He is also on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. Cotton is house trained, crate trained and has wonderful manners.
