My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny is a sweet 5-6 year old Treeing Walker Hound. She is very relaxed and easy-going. Another dog that would make an excellent family companion. She is submissive and gets along with anything and everything. She is great with other dogs, cats, kids, pretty much anything. She just wants to be cuddled. Can you offer her a warm couch?

Penny was pulled from a kill shelter, but it appears she came from a hunting kennel. The number 36 was painted on her side but we have had her groomed and the number is gone!

All of our pets are spayed/neutered, HW-, and fully vaccinated prior to adoption.

Meet and greets are only scheduled after an approved application is received. The adoption fee on our dogs is $150.00. We are a foster-based, volunteer organization and answer all emails as quickly as we can.
