My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zoey's happiness is contagious, and her adorable doggy smile is sure to melt your heart. She's the kind of girl who inspires devotion in those who get to know her (her foster family reports she's such a keeper they'd be happy to have her for their own if they didn't already have 4 dogs!), and she's so very ready to find a forever home where she can spread her joy on a daily basis.

Zoey is an easy girl to have in the home because she is already housebroken and will go nicely into her crate when asked. Her foster mom reports that she's got excellent manners. Aside from being good with her sit command, she is also learning more obedience skills such as "watch me" and "up". She's so smart and people-focused, she learns fast and will eagerly pick up whatever you'd like to teach her. Zoey already has great leash skills and is a joy to take on walks, so she could be the exercise buddy you've been searching for.

Aside from loving a rousing game of fetch with the tennis ball, Zoey enjoys a good butt rub or a nice snuggle anytime you're willing. She also thinks kisses are the best! She's currently lives in a foster home with other dogs both large and small, and with slow introductions she could do well in a home with another dog.
