My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Summer is looking forward to her first summer of freedom, as she was just rescued from an Amish Farm (4/1/2014) after spending 8 years breeding. Summer is an EXTREMELY sweet little girl (approx 8 lbs) and for a breeding dog, she does not have typical puppy mill behaviors. She trusts humans, wants contact, will take treats from your hand, will eat in front of you, will follow you around, isn't terrified of new sounds, etc. She is shy, but friendly, and warms up quickly. She is completely vetted (vaccinations, fixed, dental, microchip) and ready for a forever home. Summer is working on house training/crate training (it's only been a week!), but when outside knows to do her business there. As a result of her medical negligence, Summer only has 3 teeth left, but is eating regular dog food. Summer gets along with her canine foster siblings and would be fine in a home with or without dogs. She seems to enjoy walks and getting some exercise but she is not a hyper dog.
