Sage's Story...
Sage is my name and circus tricks are my game. I am a happy energetic little lady that weighs in at all of like 15 pounds. Don't judge. I'm a little pudge for my size, but I love walking on the lead and exploring new places. So I am sure I can shed these unsightly extra pounds in no time. I find myself looking for a new forever home after my previous family developed allergies. I am Playful and sweet, cute and sassy, I'm just the sweetest little girl you've ever met. My friends and I at the shelter love to play with rope toys, we pull them and bounce around with them. So if you're looking for that energetic, smart and playful little pup, stop by and visit me, maybe we can share a rope toy!
Before making the trip to visit the shelter we strongly recommend checking our website for information on adoption policies and procedures. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sage, a Gloucester Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Gloucester, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Gloucester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gloucester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gloucester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gloucester paves the way for another one to be saved.
