Here's what the humans have to say about me:
CREW is a 5 month old black neutered male who weighs 28 pounds. He came to us with Carson. They are very close but we feel that they can be adopted separately to a home with another dog. Of course if they can stay together that would be sweet too! Carson is the more outgoing and adventurous of the two. He is goofy and friendly. Crew is more timid and follows his brother's lead. They are good riders and are keeping their run fairly clean at the vet. They will need some training and leash work but are very smart and eager to please. They are approved for kids aged 7+.
Update (4/30): Crew is really the sweetest little man. He loves to put his head in your lap, give you a kiss and take a nap. He loves to run around and play in the yard with Carson as well as the foster's dogs. He loves toys, especially balls and loves to play keep away with the other dogs. He is good with the foster's cats too, and even the ferrets!! He is doing great, no accidents in the crate and almost has the hang of house training too. He is learning to walk on leash and is an awesome car rider! He is a super sweet and smart little guy that will make someone a great companion!! He is great with the foster's kids and their friends to so lowering the kid age to 7.
Update (4/23): Carson and Crew are playful, loving and very affectionate labs. They are bonded but would probably do OK being separated if they had another pal to play with. They love to playing with each other, rolling around in the grass, fetching balls, and being outside. They are both learning new commands and are learning to sit well for treats. They get along well with other dogs. They would love to play with the cats, but the cats don't want to play with them [Ouch, they have bought caught a paw on the nose :( ]. They even get along with the house ferrets. Did anyone say kisses? No problem there - they will kiss and kiss you. They are excellent in the car. You wouldn't even know they are there. They are doing well in the crate. When someone is home, they have free roam of the house. They have been sleeping in the foster mom's room at night lately and have not had any issues during the night.
This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. The rescue has around 50 dogs available for adoption.
