Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, my name is Peeko. I am a white Chihuahua with brown spots. My birth date is approximately December 2013... I am looking for a forever home. This is my second time in a foster home. A very loving person adopted me two years ago after I had been in a shelter and had a pretty rough life. I was in my dream home with my first adoption and I was well taken care of and happy. However, my loving owner became ill and I had to return to my foster home. Now, here I am again, looking for someone to love me just as much. I am a really sweet boy. I like to take walks and I am very playful. I love to sit on laps and to be petted. If you stop petting me, I will gently nudge your hand to let you know I still want more petting.
I am very playful and love to run around and around on the bed before bedtime. I listen to my foster mom and dad and I get along really well with my fur foster siblings and my foster mom’s teenage son. I really just get along with everyone. When I got to my foster mom’s house, it didn't take me long to settle in. It wasn't even much of a transition. I knew I was loved and what else matters? I know how to sit for a treat. I also love to sleep on the bed with my foster mom and dad. I follow them everywhere, especially my foster dad. We have really bonded. I love carrots and other treats too. I’m really just a wonderful little dog. Everyone who meets me falls in love with me. I do go potty outside and I use pee pads in the house.
A securely fenced yard would be preferred.
We do not recommend that any of our Chihuahuas be placed in homes with young children or large dogs.
