Rambler's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rambler's Story...
Rambler is a big boy at 13 lbs, but quite the little charmer! He is intelligent, playful and a fun-talking sweetheart. He will make sure you include him in any family discussions, as he likes to voice his opinions and cannot easily be ignored :). Rambler will do well as an only cat, or in a family with cats, dogs, and other pets - such a great guy!

Rambler likes his independence but won’t miss any action in the house either, unless it's his nap-time. Only then, you will have trouble finding this precious fella. He might be on your bed, the couch, or in the closet. Who said that cats don’t like to play hide and seek. ;-)

You can meet Rambler at Wilmette Pet, 625 Green Bay Road, anytime during store hours 7 days a week. (847-251-6750 www.wilmettepetcenter.com). Although you may want to adopt him on the spot, please know that you will have to go through the application process first.

Rambler's estimated date of birth is 12/9/11. His adoption fee of $115 includes: vet exam, distemper combo vaccination, rabies vaccination, fiv/felv test (neg), flea control, deworm, microchip and neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rambler, a Mt. Prospect Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Mt. Prospect, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Mt. Prospect.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mt. Prospect already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mt. Prospect breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mt. Prospect paves the way for another one to be saved.
