Chica was the pet of a back yard breeder. They finally realized that their "dream" of getting rich off of puppies was exactly that (and a nightmare for the poor animals). At that point, they no longer wanted her and she came to live at C.A.R.E.
She is a full-bred Chichuahua, quite small, and typical little dog. She is very shy when she first meets you but sit down on the ground so you don't tower over her like an hulk and in a few minutes, she will come sniffling up and shortly be climbing into your lap.
