Carmella is about 2.5 yrs old, weighs about 77 tall, lean beautiful pounds with a huge heart and soul
Please this is what we are looking for for her
A HAPPY voice personality human that is naturally happy, loves to talk to talks a lot in a happy voice
is not depressed, s confident human that likes to be in charge in a happy pos way
someone who does not expect a lot and appreciates everything a dog like Carmella can bring into their lives
Someone that has patience and huge amounts of love and a lifelong commitment
someone that has a hubby if there is one that's similar as above
noone loud or with a big ego
Truly special folks that know what owning and loving a dog really means
that are not set off by any faults but work with those instead
someone that has had some experience with dogs that are a tad timid now and then
as we know that type of dog bonds much more with their loving family
and are even more loyal
You do not need to have another dog we can be flexible for the right folks
as long as you have the love and patience the time and commitment
and playdates
I call her Bella-Carmella-Carbella
She's so easy to love
does not ask for much but a gentle person that has strength in times to lean on
a gentle heart and soul just like Carmella has
She was AWESOME at the Vet getting her HW test refreshed
she actually loved it there
She laid down in the waiting room the 30 min of waiting
sniffed a 5 pound Chihuahua in someones lap
and just hung out
Carmella is of Average energy a daily walk and lots of one on one be just fine
of course playing with another dog be great she could do that daily
long nature hikes
Carmella has no aggression issues
she is NOT a fear biter and never will be no more than any other dog
if put in certain situations
we had her long enough to know
Carmella would make a great companion for semi active young retired folks that go for a few miles walking daily or most of the days as she loves walks as you can see on the pics she went to a natural park setting by the river enjoyed every min of it actually walked up to many passing people to greet
though in new places or with new people she gets a bit unsure but after 5-10 minutes she does pretty good
but she had zero problems that day as long as she's walking
She loves to entertain herself with throwing toys up in the air but would love to have another dog and or family to play with
She likes the water and fine with other friendly large dogs her size we never seen any aggression in her about anything
housetrained to dog door so will need retraining if you don't have one or put one in
she LOVES to lay on a cot versus a dogbed
she prefers being outside more then inside but from our experience in the right super loving patient dog whisperer leader home she will love to be inside with family and other dog
She has Lab energy but not hyper but higher energy so needs a playmate that will be equally active
no old dogs or many weekly playdates and daily long walks if only dog at home
were not talking about hours of walks but at least one hour and playtime/snuggling etc
A child or two over 10 years that are kind to animals are fine she does like nice kids and has been around older kids in her past without any problems
We want a fun and relaxed home for her a dog whisperer be great but a super loving experienced family is fine too
We really would like another dog at home for her it will make her very happy but we can be flexible for the right family with the right environment
depends on many other factors
Carmella must become part of daily family life and become a member not just a dog
She's a beautiful kind hearted soul looking for same in her new home
You must be dog experienced and patient able to deal with a dog that may not feel comfy right away in new places or with new people
seems to be very willing to learn to trust and will be your best buddy if you treat her with love and kindness as well as great leadership
She loves the mothers nature Bacon cookies best but chicken Jerky is good too
Looking for a quiet neighborhood or outskirts of town country be great too, you must have a lot of time and willingness to be with Carmella to bond with her and enjoy her companionship
I had her out on the rivertrail she enjoyed it very much and so did I seeing how happy she was
Carmella is great on leash for a average strong person does not pull much walks only with harness don't believe in collars
so a no pull harness will work great too
super traveler likes to jump into the inside of my SUV than come around to the back seat to lay down on the seat or she will look out the window with window partially open for her
She did not swim yet but walked into the shallow water
Carmella is a great dog and with the right super loving person will blossom into a even more wonderful gal
easy to fall in love with looking for a match
