Honey's Story...
Hi my name is Bambi. I am a 2 year old Chihuahua. I am super sweet and love everyone. I am great with other dogs, would probably be fine with children and cats. After arriving at the shelter the staff discovered that I have seizures and the vet thinks it is probably epilepsy. Because of this I will need to go to a home where my adopters understand my medical needs. As of now I am not on medications, but if the seizures keep happening I may need to go on them. I am only partially potty trained, so I need someone who can help me with that. I am a real doll who would make anyone a wonderful companion. Please call the shelter to set up a time to meet me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey, a Chino Valley Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Chino Valley, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Chino Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chino Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chino Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chino Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
