Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Grizzle is one of Twizzle's pups. They were born around Valentine's day in a ditch near Dallas, TX. The pups were found and gathered up when just a few days old and mom was captured the following day. The little family was in the shelter for about a month when their time was up - no rescues had room for them so they were all on death row. I had been following the story and had enough emotional investment that I just couldn't let that happen so down to Texas I went and brought Twizzle and her kidz back to St. Louis. They have all been a joy! We did DNA test a pup and the results were a little catawampus, if you ask me. Ready? Akita, Boston Terrier and chihuahua mix. I think that these dogs have about as much akita in them as I do. Same with the Boston. So what we've decided to do is to keep the chihuahua part and post the pups under the breed that they look like. That would make Grizzle a lab/chihuahua mix. He does have the webbed toes of a lab so I'm feeling pretty safe on that guess. Grizzle is the guy who's dangly bits came down first so that is why he's the first to be neutered and looking for his forever home. We think that his adult weight will be around 30 - 35 pounds. Grizzle is neutered, up to date on all shots, on heartworm/flea preventative and is microchipped. Grizzle's adoption fee is $350 with all vet work done.
