Poor Ricky, he had found a wonderful home and then his new human had a terrible accident, broke her back and can no longer care for him. Could you help this little guy out? Here's his back story:
Ricky was brought to EARS in April 2014 with his brother Buddy when his owner had to move out of the country and couldn't afford the quarantine and travel fees. Ricky is seven years old, really cute and well behaved.
