My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brownster was abandoned, and if that is not bad enough it gets worse. He was rescued and living with an older couple who loved him. But then, the man passed away leaving Brownie and his wife behind. She loved that dog and would not let him go. However she too had health issues and has now passed away leaving Brownster all alone and in need of someone to love him. We believe he is a Pit Bull/Boxer/Lab mix. He is about a year and half old and weighs about 40-45 pounds. Brownster is a young boy and very smart. He is housetrained and learns quickly! He figured out "sit" in just a couple of minutes. He is very handsome and has energy, but is not hyper and with the right guidance, he will be a wonderful dog for any family. Brownster needs to be an inside family pet as he is use to sleeping with you or in a chair nearby. He walks on leash but needs a little work with pulling. Brownster needs a fenced yard as he does not do well in small enclosed places. He likes to go for rides with you and enjoys meeting new people. Brownster loves other dogs, kids and people. But he is not fond of cats. He just loves attention. This boy will make someone a great addition to their family. He is neutered and UTD on all vaccinations. Please help him find a forever home!
