Meet Bentley! This stunningly handsome boy is about 5 years old and weighs around 65 lbs. He has been professionally trained and knows his basic commands plus many more (sit, stay, down, watch my 6). Bentley walks great on leash and currently uses a gentle leader. Bentley has a flexible energy; he is playful when it’s time and also knows when it’s time to just relax. He loves all people and other big dogs. Bentley is the perfect dog for an active family and would do wonderful in a home with other big dogs and children.

Bentley is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on all vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bentley, a Santa Monica Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
