Sprite's Story...
Sprite is a super-tiny, 5 pound Miniature Pinscher. If you look at her photos, you might think she does not have a tail. But she does! It wags so fast that her tail is a blur. In fact, it is almost invisible because it moves so fast.

Sprite ended up at animal control, and they thought she was a baby because of her size. We were surprised to check out her teeth and vitals, and learned that Sprite is full grown! No kidding, this is as big as she will get.

Sprite is very affectionate and cuddly. She has very short shiny black hair, and of course, being a Miniature Pinscher, she does not shed. Sprite is not yappy or snappy with anyone, ever. She will be a fabulous pet, but because of her tiny stature, she is too fragile for a family with kids under age 8.

Sprite is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Her adoption fee is $250. If you are interested in a pocket pet, Sprite could be the one for you! Please write and ask for an application if you are interested in adopting Sprite or would like more information about her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sprite, a Atlanta Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
