My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jerry is a young and mischievous boy, but this young buck is kind, loveable and very personable. Always quick to give you a smile, Jerry is most comfortable when playing or interacting with his people. He gets along with dogs of all sizes, and needs an open yard for running. Jerry is very energetic, and would be most at home with an active family. He has a tendency to take personal items and tuck them away in his bed when no one is watching, but he loves his crate and goes in willingly when told. He lives in a home with 3 other greyhounds of varying ages, one Shetland sheepdog, and several free-range chickens and caged rabbits. He has pursued panicked animals in his foster parent’s yard, but will normally leave them alone. Jerry has responded well to training and correction, when the need arises. He is currently being trained to sit and wait for meals, come when called, and not to dash out open doors. This happy-go-lucky boy will be the perfect dog for the right family, preferably one with a yard and an active lifestyle.
