Polly and Petra, beautiful border-lab sisters, were rescued out of high kill Gordon Co in Calhoun, GA after nearly a week waiting for freedom. Their foster mom just had to take these two cuties home and save their lives. Now they are headed to Washington state and their forever home with love and fun and activity...no reason to be scared again! Polly is just six months old, a little shy but oh such a good girl! She is happy, smart, listens very well and is working on her basic commands. She loves being outside, the water and the grass and all the smells and sounds. Scary how close she came to not living past six months. Georgia is a crappy state for a dog to be from. Polly is crate trained and super affectionate, she'll need your help to improve walking on a leash. Polly is spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped and ready for her wonderful new life! Her foster mom has horses, cats, a mule and a pet pig! She’s fine with all the livestock AND the many other dogs too! You'll have so much fun introducing her to all new adventures! From trails, to lakes, to mountains to the beach...she will love it all! She'll look to you for training and exercise and she will make you proud! This little girl is headed here right now, transport arriving April 17th or 18th.
