Libby's Story...
Hi, I'm Libby. I am a tiny little girl that is in to exploring the big wide world. My foster mom says I am a quick learner, cause I can already sit for a treat and walk on a leash in the yard, and even fetch toys. I use potty pads and I stay in a puppy pen when I am not able to be watched. I do not like to be left alone for too long since I am such a people girl. I love to play with gentle dogs. I like to romp and climb and play a lot, but if I tire out I love a lap to snuggle in. Looking for my forever family, could it be you? Please email me at info@FORrescue.net. If you'd like to get a head start you can complete an application for me at www.FORrescue.net

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Libby, a Huntsville Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
