Hi there! I'm Charlie but my rescuers like to call me charming Charlie. I'm estimated to be 8mo-1 yr old. I'm a very happy boy with tons of personality! I'd like to consider myself a social butterfly, you can tell I love meeting new friends (furry and human) by my constantly wagging tail. I'm predicted to be full grown, so I'm a pint-sized little fellow!

The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3. If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
