My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ally: Labrador /Border collie mix all black about 3 years old/ 40 Lbs

Special needs/ disabled female spayed
Good with dogs and children. Ally is one a kind. She had an encounter with a car and as a result she lost one of her paws on her back legs, however she still has the leg as she uses it to walk. You can bearly see that she has no paw unless you are looking for something "different" in her leg. Her other back leg had a wound that has taken for ever to heal as she was been taken cared off in the wrong environment but now within 3 weeks she has made a huge improvement on her wound and is healing beautifully. She has a bandage that is removed and changed every 4 days but she is soo good for it and the rescue group is covering the cost. The goal is for the wound to heal completely and then there will be no more bandage however it is recomended that her exercise activity is that of a normal appt dog. Normal walks and play, she cant be a running or hicking partner. She would be ideal for anyone who lives in an appt has crazy work schedule as she is very smart, calm, does not bark and is house broken.

Ally is such a great girl, not once have we had to place her on a leash as she is very obedient and loving she will give you kisses all day long if you let her. She would love to be with some all day long as she is the perfect companion.

She is healthy otherwise and loves to have something in her mouth it does not matter if its a tennis ball or her bed! She loves to pick up things she sees in the floor and doesn't destroy them...you have to meet her and you will fall in love with her! She is really not disabled she just cant have a hectic life style.
